In May 2025, Syed Muhammad Raza Shah went to Lahore to do some online courses. He basically had no intention of setting up a foundation. He spent three months in Lahore. During these three months, many problems arose. He lived with his relative Pirzada Abdullah. Initially, he started looking for a good academy so that he could do a good online course. After visiting many academies, he finally took admission in an academy and started his online journey of learning. During this time, due to financial difficulties, he had a motorcycle. He sold that motorcycle. After selling the motorcycle, things became quite difficult and he had to walk about five to ten kilometers to get food and drink. While walking, he started noticing many things, most of which he noticed was that it was hot there and people were sleeping outside on the streets, most of whom were poor and needy people. But this thing seemed very strange to him because after 2007, in 2025, this came to Lahore. He noticed this thing and started asking them, the answer of which was that most of the poor and needy people were that they had not eaten bread. And then he consulted Abdullah Pirzada that there are poor people sleeping on the streets, it is summer season and they sleep hungry. Then after five to ten days of research, he came to know that more food is wasted in Lahore instead of this wasted food being delivered to the poor who sleep hungry at night. Then Syed Muhammad Raza Shah thought of forming a foundation. Then the two of them consulted and formed this foundation.

The sole purpose of this foundation is to give importance to humanity and to provide bread to the hungry at night and to save the food that is wasted.
